Contractor All Risks cover is comprehensive by itself and protects the principal or owner or developer & Contractor who executes and erects the projects, and the project insurance covers, against loss or damage to the contract works and construction plant to their rights and interest under section one of the policy. The other section provides insurance cover against third party’s property including adjacent buildings risk and bodily injury or death if any arising in connection with the execution of a project.
